Vabljeni na predavanje dr. Dejana Križaja (UP FTŠ Turistica), ki bo s seboj pripeljal tudi dva gosta iz Japonske; na temo inovativnega oblikovanja storitev v turizmu. Predavanje bo potekalo v četrtek, 23. novembra, ob 16. uri v Coworking Cerkno.

Dr. Dejan Križaj raziskuje specifike turistične inovativnosti in njenega spodbujanja. Je pobudnik in so-ustanovitelj mednarodnega združenja AIRTH – Alliance for Innovators and Researchers in Tourism and Hospitality. Od 2006 je predsednik strokovne komisije pozivov Slovenske turistične organizacije in Ministrstva za gospodarski razvoj in tehnologijo za ustvarjalne in inovativne turistične predloge in dosežke, Snovalec in Sejalec, ter idejni vodja projekta Banka turističnih priložnosti Slovenije. Omenjeni in drugi projekti so prejeli mednarodna priznanja UNWTO, OECD in EU. Poučuje na področju e-turizma in inovativnosti v turizmu. Je eden od urednikov revije Academica Turistica – Tourism and Innovation Journal.

dr. Kunio Shirahada | associate professor in Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) | Received Ph.D at the University of Tokyo in 2009. My research interests include sustainability of service, neuro-marketing using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) technology, motivation management for service employees, and innovative organization design. | PRESENTATION: The trends of service innovation. Transformative service research: Knowledge and value co-creation for human well-being. Japanese cases: traditional Japanese services in tourism.

dr. Hisashi Masuda | program-Specific Senior Lecturer (Service Excellence), Graduate School of Management, Kyoto University | My research interest is related to new business design to develop and sustain not only simple services but also complex ones. And also I am focusing on how do we empower such directions by using current digital technologies. | PRESENTATION: I will talk about a proposed conceptual model on collaboration between local and big businesses through tourism and give Japanese cases related to this topic. Then, I discuss the importance of such kinds of co-creative business model to adapt to today’s rapidly changing economy.
